Challenge: New managers at ABC Tech lack a clear understanding of what appropriate workplace accommodations look like according to the Americans with Disabilities Act.  

Solution: I created this Storyboard for a Storyline course to empower managers to provide appropriate workplace accommodations and to understand what is and is not a reasonable workplace accommodation. 

Results: The knowledge checks ensure understanding of ADA guidelines and reasonable workplace accommodations, but seeing how managers respond to working with employees regarding accommodations would be a better testament to the effectiveness of the course over time.
