Microlearning

Challenge: Many young adults begin to receive invitations to important events such as weddings. Although, individuals wish to attend and celebrate, they may feel uncomfortable attending alone.

Solution: I created this Byte (microlearning experience) for Rumie Learn to provide individuals with actionable strategies for attending an important event like a wedding without a plus one or group of friends. These strategies can be used to reduce anxiety and lead to having a nice time at a social event where the attendee does not know most of the other guests.

Results: This Byte has been viewed by learners around the world. It was featured as a lunch and learn topic and sparked over an hour of conversation. The real measure of success would be if learners applied the strategies and had success with attending an event alone.

Challenge: Many young adults struggle to select a career path to follow. There are so many options and it can feel overwhelming trying to decide what careers speak to an individual's skill sets.

Solution: Rumie Learn creates Bytes (microlearning experiences) to help people explore various career paths. I created this Byte to provide an overview of the skills and education needed to become a nutritionist. This Byte allows people to explore a career path that may speak to them.

Results: This Byte has been viewed by learners around the world. The real measure of progress would be if it sparks an interest in an individual that led them to take action steps towards pursuing this career further. Or if it saved an individual time and allowed them to find a career that might be a better fit.

Challenge: Many individuals understand that they need to clean their AirPods, but do not know that their case also needs to be regularly cleaned. By not cleaning the case the efforts of cleaning the AirPods are diminished.

Solution: I designed this Byte (microlearning experience) to provide individuals with a how to on cleaning their case in a safe effective manner. This will ensure that their AirPods are kept in working order for a long time to come.

Results: This Byte (microlearning experience) has been viewed by learners around the world. The best measure of progress would be to survey learners to determine how many have implemented the suggested cleaning routine for their AirPods.
