Challenge: New team leaders at ABC company need to learn how to host productive team meetings. This will increase the productivity of their teams. 

Solution: I created this Rise course to teach new team leads how to set an effective detailed agenda, how to keep meetings on track, and how to frontload prior to the scheduled meeting. 

Results: The knowledge checks ensure understanding of course content, but seeing if teams become more productive over time would be a better testament to the effectiveness of the course.

Challenge: New managers at ABC Tech lack a clear understanding of what appropriate workplace accommodations look like according to the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

Solution: I created this Storyline course to empower managers to provide appropriate workplace accommodations and to understand what is and is not a reasonable workplace accommodation. 

Results: The knowledge checks ensure understanding of ADA guidelines and reasonable workplace accommodations, but seeing how managers respond to working with employees regarding accommodations would be a better testament to the effectiveness of the course over time.

Challenge: Recent graduates need to understand how to market their part-time/volunteer/internship experience using the C.A.R. method to help employers see that they do have the skills needed for an entry level position. 

Solution: I created this video example in Vyond. It goes with a microlearning experience designed for the non-profit, Rumie. 

Results: Knowledge checks are provided within the microlearning course, as are take action suggestions. Ideally, the participant would be able to correctly answer the knowledge check questions and use the example to take actionable steps to prepare for an interview.
